My things are not on my other device
SOTHU syncs through your own iCloud. Check that both devices use the same Apple Account and that iCloud is on for SOTHU in Settings › [your name] › iCloud.
SOTHU does not listen
Allow the microphone and speech recognition for SOTHU in Settings › SOTHU. You can always type instead.
The camera did not read my box
Open the box fully and hold the phone about an arm’s length above it, in good light. Anything it misses, you can type in before you seal.
I bought the unlock on another device
Open You › Unlock everything › Restore a purchase. Family Sharing is supported.
Do I need Apple Intelligence?
No. With Apple Intelligence SOTHU reads more; without it, every part of the app still works.
Try it without packing
On an empty Home, tap “Show me with example boxes”. Remove them any time with “Remove the examples”.
